And how did she get off the charges? Really as in Super Whoopsies, her officer of the law did not show up? For reals people? Have you ever known anyone pulled over by a Tredyffrin cop or seen them laying in wait like turkey vultures near 202 to catch people flying on the Tredyffrin Speedway on 202? Tredyffrin loves tickets....so how is this possible? I guess as Cyndi says girls just wanna have fun?
And one of the comments asks why the name of the arresting officer is not out there? All you have to do is pull up the public docket sheets available online to see who arrested legally blonde. I found not one but two officer names: Citation# P 8804787-5 lists "Arresting Officer: Dori, Allen M" (this is for the case 1 18 § 3304 §§ A2 S Crim'l Misch-Tamper W/Property). The other: Citation #P 8601951-1 lists "Arresting Officer: McFadden, Daniel X" and this is for the case 1 18 § 5505 S Public Drunkenness And Similar Misconduct.
(And apparently they both just got promoted so congrats to them no snarkiness intended! See: Daily Local'a Eight Tredyffrin Officers Move Up in Rank)
So whoopsies, there were TWO police officers involved and neither could show up to court? And why were these cases continued in July to August? Did these two officers turn their cases over to a third officer or something? That is peach fuzz fuzzy in the article.
And let's talk about the photo the paper used? Legally Blonde photographed cozied up next to a guy that the comments on the article identify as a John P. DiBuonaventuro, who ends up is Vice Chair of Tredyffrin Supervisors? Ick number one for her taste in men - he's gross looking and wow that is totally like shitting where you eat if they are an "item" as my dear Aunt Sally used to say, isn't it?
Additionally, Legally Blonde in that photo looks like she borrowed her outfit from freaking Heidi to wear to that event, so in addition to her other issues, she was photographed having a fashion emergency.
Not for me to judge, but wow lady how can you be found to have sound judgement on a zoning hearing board given all this? Except for the fact it is Tredyffrin and we all know they don't stand on ceremony, right?
So let the betting pool commence: who thinks (besides moi) that this will feature some sort of flutter of noise and outrage and then very quietly get swept under the rug?
Thank you Main Line Media News! I was getting so bored with the lack of scandal being reported on the Main Line. Thought everyone had been sucked into the Church of The Savior as pentecostal maidens or something.
Designated driver whoever they were did a real shitty job if they let her go anywhere bombed out of her gourd. Another thing I find odd - I did not see this on that Tredyffrin-specific blog. Now I do not read that blog all the time and am not familiar with it, so maybe I missed it.
Well Legally Blonde should really watch what she drinks - nothing more unattractive than a drunken woman. Plus it ages you....
Below is the article...read the comments too as they are mostly priceless. Tredyffrin has some issues, wowee.
Tredyffrin zoning hearing board member not guilty after police are a no-show at her trial
A member of Tredyffrin’s Zoning Hearing Board appears to have caught a lucky break in court this week following her arrest in May on charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
And just what was the lucky break?
A police officer failed to appear on the day of her scheduled summary trial. As a result, she was found not guilty, records show.
According to the citations, Suzanne Pratowski, 37, of Wayne was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct following incidents May 29.
Messages left for Pratowski Thursday and Friday seeking comment were not returned.
Police officials Thursday describe the absence of the officer at the hearing as an oversight.
Tredyffrin police Lt. Taro Landis said the officer who was supposed to show up in court that day was on another call at the time.....Landis declined to divulge the name of the officer who was to go to court that day. Calls to the two officers who wrote the citations were not returned....The public drunkenness and disorderly conduct charges date back to May when, police say, Pratowski was supposed to pick up her kids at her ex-husband’s house on Franklin Lane.
According to the description as written by the arresting officers, police were first called to Pratowski's ex-husband’s house on the evening of May 29. Pratowski and a man, later described by her to police as a designated driver, were sitting inside the car outside of the ex-husband’s house. The responding officer reported finding flowers in the street that had been torn from her ex-husband’s yard....Earlier in the evening, Pratowski was supposed to pick up the children at her ex-husband’s house. The ex-husband then showed police a custody agreement that indicated Pratowski was not allowed to drink alcohol 10 hours before driving and picking up the children. Pratowski had previously been arrested and charged with DUI in 2010. ...Later that night, police say Pratowski rode her bike to the area near her ex-husband’s house. After being stopped by police, an officer reported getting a .18 blood alcohol level on her by using a portable breath test. That was when the officer wrote that he Pratowski would be cited for public drunkenness and criminal mischief. She was then taken home and told by police not to contact her ex-husband any more that night.
