I resolve to be even more snarky in 2012!
I have given up purchasing cheese from Birchrun Hills Farm after the whole Ludwig's Corner debacle, and one other resolution is to read chickeman west vincent infos more often.
In the news I have discovered today is an article in the Delco Times on Radnor's top cop, who is actually pretty cute. Something I overlooked until today was....wait for it....Radnor's nutter butter peanut butter Schneller is running for Congress again.
I also have noticed that Lower Merion is truly Philadelphia West and not just because Chaka Fattah is their, ugh, new Congressman. Crime seems to be on the rise and all these new armed robberies are really troublesome. Macy's , Wells Fargo, state store in Bryn Mawr, and so on.
I also read about the robbers who stole the copper downspouts from St. Mary's Church in Wayne -that really disgusts me and I hope their dicks shrivel up for robbing a church.
Of course in Radnor, all eyes will be on the Township Building January 3rd starting at 7:30 p.m. Why? Because it may or may not become a fait accompli that old fart Squirrelly Sneaky Spingler may finally achieve his heart's desire and be crowned king. This of course, would be the worst thing for Radnor Township, but Radnor residents have no one but themselves to blame....but then again the motto in Radnor should be the more things change the more things stay the same, shouldn't it?
Completely unrelated, but I wish they wouldn't wheel out poor Dick Clark this year. It was painful to watch last year - like seeing him in his underwear in Time's Square....

My husband and several other people have been accused of being the Chickenman. If only they could take credit. Actually, the only one that I know for sure isn't the Man is my husband.
I know that he sends him info if he requests it, but that is where it ends.
Since the Man has had his little blog, he has been completely demonized by the administration of West Vincent township even though he supplies supporting documentation that is publicly available for any citizen or taxpayer that deigns to find out the facts.
The supervisors/candidates just lie about him/her. Hell, he/she could still be an egg for all I know. The supervisors/candidates never supply supporting documents.
This whole episode with the Ludwig's Corner Horse Show has shown much sunshine on the township supervisors/candidates. It is very sad though that it took this incredible overreach of local government to get people to finally start to get WV residents to start seeing the reality of what the Man has been saying for around 18 months now.
The voters picked the wrong people AGAIN. The evidence against them was out there. People ignored it and got Clare & Dave Brown.
BTW- Brown was hand picked by the current board and is one of THEM. Dave said nothing about the ED issue. He should have been shouting from the rooftops denouncing the taking.
On one hand, I say the people got what they voted for, on the other I know what they did is so fundamentally morally wrong that I have had to stand up again.
