JustSnarky Gets Threatened for not Liking What is Happening in Horse Country at Ludwig's Corner

Kiss my grits, trolls

Very amusing.  Some trolls from the bowels of Chester County somewhere have decided to threaten me for having an opinion on the West Vincent attempt at eminent domain against the Ludwig's Corner Horse Show Grounds.  Too bad they are anonymous or I could have their photos super-imposed on clay pigeons when skeet shooting.

HA!

Too bad you only have two comments that support you and the majority cannot be published because they think you're disgusting.

I hope soon to publish a blog slandering you, your friends, and community members!

Your lack of intelligence, your bias information on the matters you speak of, and your awfully boring "wit" is ASTOUNDING!

Hello!

You have terrible writing skills. It should be embarrassing that you are unable to correctly spell someone's name whom you often write about and are even citing articles (where hir name is spelled correctly) about!

Maybe take a writing (and political science) class before creating a blog. You seem like an uneducated idiot and I don't know how you sleep at night.

You must have very little self esteem if you are able to attack others so easily and for apparently no educated reason. I'm sorry for that, but there are other, more productive and healthy ways to deal with low confidence.

Happy holidays!
(Maybe you should consider how you like to spend your holiday as you ruin other people's!)
Nanny nanny boo boo.  That's the best you losers can do?  I don't have to justify my opinion to anyone.  All that is up here are media accounts of the tale and stuff out there publicly - note the video I discovered about the most recent West Vincent meeting.

I guess in Chester County slander = having an opinion?  So I guess whomever you trolls are you are somehow related to the West Vincent Supervisors?

As for my writing skills, darlings I could write on toilet paper and make more sense than you.  I don't have to justify my writing skills or style to anyone, but as a point of argument and not to put too fine a point on it, I have been noted prior to your excellently adult review as a best blog on the Main Line.  You just don't like my opinion, and unfortunately for you, opinion is not illegal.

Here's wishing the people on the side of right in Chester County, the best today when they meet with West Vincent.  My only comment to the horse show folks is don't settle, you did not do this. They did.

There is an article in The Mercury about what West Vincent wants.

I think EVERYONE should check out what this mysterious Chickenman has to say about West Vincent on his blog West Vincent Infos  - and make sure you read the interview of Supervisor Clare Quinn that is recent - it is in The Daily Local - you can just hear the itty bitty violins of pity.

For years a haunting question has been posited in northern Chester County, WHO IS CHICKENMAN.

Many thought they had the answer. Several likely suspects had been rounded up by a corrupt and incompetent county district attorney, Foghorn Leghorn, Tweety Bird, and even Sylvester the cat. Alas none of these suspects proved to be the elusive Chickenman.

A local man, born on the DelMarVa Peninsula... Conceived in liberty, dedicated to the proposition that all taxpayers are created equal, fighting for Truth, Justice and the American way….. CHICKENMAN.

His powerful journalistic beak blows strike fear into the heart of duplicitous politicians. His persistent pecking uncovers local government corruption. His relentless scratching leaves no quarter for government cronyism. He is…. The 21st century American hero.

Over taxed taxpayers applaud him. Children admire him. Township lackeys despise him. Union thugs abhor him. True Americans adore him.

He will sojourn on. His dieing cluck will be, “You may take my taxes… BUT, YOU WILL NEVER TAKE MY FREEDOM….

Ah Snarky, nice blog! But you are missing most of the story.

Up here in beautiful West Vincent things used to be much quieter than they have been in recent years. Before the developers, that is, when everyone got along, the foxes lead the hunts, and a lot of good things going on was the norm.

Then some weird things happened, including a guy who couldn't remember what township he lived in getting himself elected supervisor over trumped up non-issues and some slick campaigning--a position he kept until a Chesco judge pointed out to Mr. Dilibero that he lacked credibility (look it up Snarky, it is just too funny--don't forget to read the juicy bits about his wife too). So the judge kicks out Mr. Dilibero, and the supervisors put the runner up in the spot. (bad idea #1, BTW)

Which brings us to WVT's supervisor's senior moment (very bad idea #1). No one around here can figure out a single good reason why they did the eminent domain thing. Everyone is still shaking their heads--not only was a crazy idea, and renders everything good they've done in the past meaningless in a Penn State minute, it hands the dark collaborative known as Chickenman the ammo they never really had before. All that previous Chickenman stuff is BS. Now they've actually got something. (You can probably guess one of the people behind the all the web material targeting the WVT gov, but I'll say it. Mr. Dilibero.)

And there is the real story. The WVT gov, which, after all, is solvent, has a real sustainability plan, and a tremendous environmental/open space record, goes nuts for a few weeks, and now the Chickenman machine has the fuel it always lacked. Chickenman HATES WVT gov. Tough times ahead for WVT, but we will rise to the occasion.

Dear Cautiously Anonymous,
With all due respect - HORSE SHIT. The WVT government is utterly corrupt. I have a lot of friends in Chester County and Chickenmn's research is pretty damn good.

Thanks for stopping by

Hi Teri,

Snarky doesn't e-mail, unfortuntely. You can reach me via comment - all require approval and I do not have to publish the comment if you ask me not to - as opposed to some of the people you are obviously deal with I keep my word.

Merry merry and keep the faith - the truth will always be your best pal and that drives those who wouldn't know truth if it bit them in the ass crazy

Cautiously Anonymous: First I would like to identify myself; I am Tom Helwig the Republican Committeeman in West Vincent.

Wile we can agree West Vincent is beautiful, the rest of your statements are rubbish.

Snarky, like most people, NOW have the bunch of self serving panjandrums that run this township figured out. They are in government for the exclusive purpose of lining their own pockets or furthering their own self serving interests. As proof, I would submit the supervisors own demeanor and palpable distain for the citizenry contained in the two hour video in Snarky’s blog.

Some of your statements about Mr. Dilibero wile factual do not paint the full picture. I would solicit all to read the full decision of this case. Once people read all the facts of this case any one with one eye and an a**hole will clearly see that the judge’s decision was politically driven.

Your pathetic attempts to show this board of supervisors as a deliberative and benevolent body is farcical. They have a long and plentiful record of abuse to the tax payers and the residents concerns.

Finally to the Chickenman, if one takes the time to read all his posts you will see that all of them are backed up with facts. He always supplies links or copies containing irrefutable government data supporting his claims.

P.S. Which overpaid township lackey are you anyway?

The boycott of West Vincent’s chief polluter and township supervisor Ken Miller and his BirchrunHills Farm is starting to have an effect.

Please continue to refuse to purchase and speak out on this issue. The following outlets are already not carrying his stinky cheese. Phoenixville Farmers' Market and Headhouse Farmers' Market.

The BirchrunHills Farm web site has been pulled.

The Chickenman web site has blown the lid off and exposed what the local residents have known for a long time, BirchrunHills Farm is a filthy operation. They are not the good stewards of the land that they claim to be. See the State DPS Report for your selves.

This just an excerpt:

Conducted an inspection today (08/03/2011) of the Miller dairy farm. Inspection was conducted in response to a complaint received by the Department concerning improper manure storage and handling onsite in close proximity to a stormwater inlet. Inspection was conducted with, PADEP Steve Piller, Compliance Specialist. Access to the facility was granted by and the inspection was conducted with Kenneth Miller, owner.
The following was noted during the inspection:
Upon inspection a manure pile was found located on the property in close proximity to Horseshoe Trail Rd.(see attached photograph)
Mr. Miller stated at the time of the inspection that 21 truckloads of manure have been hauled from the site since Sunday (07/31/2011). Manure hauled from the site is taken to a CSA facility to be used as compost. Manure from the pile has also been spread on a portion of the 700 acres of property that is leased by Mr. Miller with the onsite manure spreader. (see attached photograph)
Mr. Miller estimated that 10 truckloads of manure remain onsite. Mr. Miller stated that the remaining pile of manure would be removed from the site by Friday (08/05/2011). Mr. Miller agreed to notify the Department by Friday afternoon as to the status of the removal of the pile.
The manure storage pile was found to be located in close proximity to a stormwater inlet located in the roadway.
The location of the pile represents a source of potential pollution and constitutes a violation of section 402 of the PA Clean Streams Law.

Mr. Miller stated at the time of the inspection that he did not have a conservation plan and a manure management plan. Both plans are required for the storage of manure onsite.
