Better look lively Radnor. Rumor has it that the quid pro quo for Bill Spingler working for candidates to get Radnor a Democratic Majority is he gets to be Prez come January? That is a horrifying thought....
Hmmmmm, better not let that happen....all the progress will go right out of Radnor....
Not that any of this is unexpected, is it? After all, Bill Spingler never does anything unless something is in it for him, does he?
Only thing Bill doesn't get, is he can't control the chatter over the lunch counter.....people do chat, don't they? Sometimes they just don't pay attention to who else is listening to that cell phone call, right?

Can he be ordered to take a mental health test? I think he is starting to lose his mind. He talks like an out of control crazy nut. The things that come out of his mouth are just not expressions of a rational person. Spingler is harsh, rude and narrow minded and full of it if he thinks he we're buying that he truly represents what his constituents want. He represents what HE wants.
So, why has he been a commissioner for so long? Asking, that's all.

Nothing good can ever come of Bill Spingler in a position of power. I know the other Commissioners know this and will prevent him from becoming President of the Board.
I hope you really do have the inside scoop and are right. I don't care if the Pres is R or D, just someone who has the best interests of this township in mind and can keep a meeting on track.
Oh look a Spingler fan. Well Spingler fan, he does things that are constantly against the best interests of Radnor. And he likes back room deals and keeping stuff out of the public view. He wanted to write Bashore a letter of recommendation. There is more to keeping a meeting on track then illegally always trying to shove shit through without public comment. Spingler as president would be back to the bad old days, not progress. Spingler has never cared about the best interest of Radnor, only the best interest of Spingler. How many real estate things over the years should he have recused himself from, for example?
OMG, snark, sorry for being vague. Anon who posted at 4:25pm means: I hope that other poster does have the inside scoop and knows for sure that the BOC would NEVER EVER put that old coot in charge. Spingler walks into meetings with his mind made up; he doesn't listen to anybody. And, what about when he said changing zoning in the overlay district to allow that Big Box Rite Aid to be built in pedestrian-friendly Wayne is "just common sense." Hmmm. That's the exact same phrase Rite Aid's attorney used...
