Well except for the dumb ass column by Jill Porter in The Daily News it seems that only Alycia feels sorry for Alycia (well except for Booker and he's out of work too, and well her lawyer who is getting paid, right?)....seriously, I am not condoning by any stretch of the imagination what Larry Mendte did. It's enough to make you want to cut his you know whats off.
But on the other hand, feeling sorry for Alycia Lane is not where it's at. Girlfriend brought it on herself. The harder they Diva, the harder they fall. Girlfriend also acted like a Grade A cock tease whore with bikini photos to married men, cavorting somehow with Larry Mendte (seriously, he's not all that and a bag of chips, so why would ya' waste the flirt?), and all the other crap, right?
Alycia Lane spent her time in Philadelphia being known for MAKING the news and BEING the news not DELIVERING and REPORTING the news. Delivering and reporting the news WAS her job y'all.
From beginning to end of this Alycia saga I have felt sorry for (a) Alycia's dog (b)Dawn Stensland (If I was Dawn I would be consulting a family law practitioner about now)and (c) Chris Booker for being such a relationship dumb ass (he must be addicted to drama).
So Jill Porter writes this fluff piece that is I guess about "us working gals stickin' together". Oh bullshit, Jill. If you were hit by a car, Alycia Lane would step right over you in four inch heels making a moue.
Alycia Lane deserves no such good vibes. She's a freak and can't we just stop talking about her now? How can you respect someone who in essence is using a criminal case and it's outcome to bounce her civil suit off of?
Alycia is into what? Getting money one of the old fashioned ways? By filing law suits? Feeling sorry for her is like feeling sorry for Ashley Dupré
Don't feel sorry for that sorry excuse for a woman , either....Happy Thanksgiving, Alycia Lane is a turkey not worth stuffing...

Jill Porter: Shattered, jobless Alycia Lane wonders: What's next?
By Jill Porter

SHE STILL won't talk about it publicly.
Not in court.
Not to the media.
Alycia Lane is still that traumatized by what was done to her ...And who could blame her?
A day after Mendte was sentenced in federal court for hacking into her personal e-mails hundreds of times, Lane's lawyer and sources close to her said that the damage Mendte did to her is inestimable.
And ongoing.
Lane has been unable to get a job, despite the fact that she was a victim of a vicious career-assassination plot and was a successful anchor before she was deliberately destroyed.
There's been interest, but she fears it's of the prurient kind, people who just want to get a look at the home-wrecking bikini babe that Mendte's vicious leaks to the media made her out to be.
BBC:US TV anchor convicted of hacking
Mendte apologised to Miss Lane, who was in court for the sentencing
A former US TV news presenter who hacked into a rival's e-mail and leaked gossip to the press has been sentenced to six months under house arrest.
Larry Mendte, 51, was also handed 250 hours of community service and a $5,000 (£3,300) fine. He was sacked in June.
Lawyers for Alycia Lane, 36, said Mendte's actions "destroyed her career and made her a tabloid feeding frenzy".
The pair co-anchored the evening news bulletin on Philadelphia station KYW-TV from 2004 until January 2008.
Mendte admitted hacking into his colleague's e-mail hundreds of times, before and after Miss Lane was dismissed by the broadcaster in January.
Several of Miss Lane's personal e-mails had appeared in the US media, including a message about a sexy bikini shot of herself that she sent to a married ex-colleague.
CBS3 news anchor Larry Mendte gets 6 months house arrest

That'll teach him!
CBS3 news anchor Larry Mendte, who hacked into a coworker's email and spread rumors that got her fired, has been sentenced to six months of house arrest, with three years probation, 250 hours of community service and a $5000 fine.
Mendte apologized in federal court to the victim, Alycia Lane, saying he was grateful to say it to her in person. It all started in August when Mendte made a public statement pleading guilty to felony hacking and described a "flirtatious, unprofessional and improper relationship" with Lane.
Apparently when Mendte confessed to his suspicious wife - Fox29 anchor Dawn Stensland - about his unprofessional relationship with Lane, it all went sour.
